(hereinafter referred to as “MAPVN” or “We”) obtains, collects, uses, displays, announces, discloses, processes, provides access to, stores, transmits, delivers, shares, manages, destroys, protects, and/or cooperates with third-party information technology service providers (collectively, “Utilization”) to protect your Personal Data. • Communicating with you through various media such as in-app notifications, email, phone, SMS, chat, in-app messaging/push notifications, and social media;
• Marketing and promoting Our products/services and/or those of Our Partner Companies, including announcements, promotional materials, greetings, invitations to participate, and privileges from Our Partners, sponsors, or advertisers;
• Processing your participation in production activities, contests, games, promotions, polls, or surveys;

Where MAPVN Stores Your Personal Data

Your Personal Data may be stored, transferred, or processed by third-party service providers. MAPVN will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all such third-party providers offer a level of protection comparable to MAPVN’s commitments under this Privacy Policy.

Security of Your Personal Data

The confidentiality of your Personal Data is extremely important to MAPVN. MAPVN will apply best efforts to protect and secure your data from unauthorized access, collection, use, or disclosure, and from unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or similar risks. However, transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. While MAPVN strives to protect your Personal Data, you acknowledge that MAPVN cannot guarantee the integrity or accuracy of any Personal Data transmitted over the internet, or that it will not be intercepted, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by unauthorized third parties due to factors beyond MAPVN’s control. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account details, including your password, and ensuring the security of your device. Please note that Personal Data here does not include any data already available to the public.

Updating and Changing Personal Data

You may request MAPVN to access and/or correct your Personal Data in MAPVN’s possession at any time, opt out of receiving communications from Us, and/or withdraw your consent for the Utilization of your Personal Data. You may use the information in the Contact Us section to reach Us. We will retain your Personal Data and/or Transaction Data until there is a specific request to delete your Application Account.

Statement and Consent

By registering, accessing, and/or using the Application/Site, you are deemed to have read, understood, and expressly agreed to Our Privacy Policy as described above. Specifically, you agree and provide consent to MAPVN to collect, use, share, disclose, store, transfer, or process your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version can be accessed in the MAPVN Application.
